Silent Erase provides a data privacy protection service that scans data broker websites and submits removal requests on behalf of subscribers. Results may vary depending on individual data broker response times and policies.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
You may only use Silent Erase to protect your own personal data or data you are authorised to manage. You may not use our service to access or remove data belonging to other individuals without their consent.
While we make every effort to remove your data from all listed sites, we cannot guarantee 100% removal as this depends on third party data brokers complying with removal requests.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
